Randall M. Seeser ("Randy") joined Gold Weems in 1991.  His practice is concentrated on medical malpractice defense and healthcare law.  Randy’s litigation experience includes defending hospitals and physicians at the trial court and appellate levels.

In addition to successful trial work in medical malpractice matters, he has successfully defended clients in general civil litigation, insurance defense, premises liability and professional liability.  Randy has also represented hospitals and physicians in medical staff issues, peer review proceedings and a broad array of healthcare issues.

Prior to joining Gold Weems, Randy served as a law clerk to Justice James L. Dennis at the Louisiana Supreme Court.
