Brandon A. Sues added another medical malpractice trial victory for Gold Weems after successfully defending a local hospital and nurse in Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

This medical malpractice case involved allegations of a nurse breaching the standard of care in her administration of an intramuscular injection.  The plaintiff alleged that her sciatic nerve was struck.  After submission of the case, the trial court found in favor of the hospital and the nurse concluding that they did not breach the standard of care and that the evidence did not support a sciatic nerve injury.
