On Friday, June 23, 2017, Gold Weems filed Chapter 11 Reorganization Cases for Acadiana Management Group and fifteen affiliate companies. The affiliated group includes ten long-term care hospitals across the country and associated real estate and holding companies.
On Tuesday, June 27, the firm successfully prosecuted first day motions which will allow the hospitals to operate, including payment of critical vendors, insurance, and employees. Bradley L. Drell
