Max S. Antony maintains a diverse commercial litigation practice in the state and federal courts of Louisiana. His practice is devoted to legal matters concerning business and commercial litigation, municipal law, real estate transactions and disputes, personal injury, and employment compliance and litigation.
Max began his career practicing in Dallas, Texas, where he represented businesses and professionals in a wide spectrum of litigation matters.

Representative Matters
  • Successfully defended a court-appointed amicus attorney at the trial court level and on appeal against defamation and breach of fiduciary duty claims stemming from the attorney’s representation of a special-needs child.
  • Defended nationally-recognized cheer and dance gym against negligent supervision and breach of fiduciary claims brought by former athlete’s parents.
  • Successfully represented attorneys in a legal malpractice lawsuit against a former client relating to a multi-million dollar divorce action, defeating the claimant’s allegations and dismissing the lawsuit on summary judgment grounds.
  • Represented architectural firm in a lawsuit pertaining to the design and construction of numerous multi-million dollar townhouses.
  • Represented widow of famous freestyle motocross athlete who tragically died after a failed jump, settling on favorable terms with the defendant production company responsible for ramps on day of the accident.
