Amber L. LaBorde ("Amber") received her A.D. in nursing in 2005 from Louisiana State University of Alexandria. After practicing nursing in the Alexandria area for over 18 years during which time she obtained her B.S.N., she returned to her first dream and attended law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law located in St. Paul, Minnesota where she received her J.D., cum laude, in 2023.
While in law school, Amber worked full-time as a legal nurse consultant, served as editor and writer on the Journal of Public Policy and Practice, and was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Amber is experienced in Social Security Disability, Mass Tort and Medical Malpractice on both the Plaintiff and Defense sides. Amber joined Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues & Rundell in 2024 and her primary focus is Medical Malpractice defense.
