Joshua J. Dara, Jr. focuses his practice in areas of employment and labor compliance and litigation; insurance coverage & defense; municipal law and civil rights defense; business litigation and criminal defense. Joshua has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of litigation - pre litigation, trial and appellate matters.
Joshua received his B.S. in Finance in 2010 from Louisiana State University and his J.D./G.D.C.L. in 2014 from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. During law school, Joshua was a member of the Christian Legal Society and Black Law Students Associations. He was also recognized among his colleagues for "demonstrating outstanding advocacy skills" in LSU’s NITA Trial Advocacy Program.
