Eugene J. Sues continued his streak of medical malpractice victories in a case involving a local family physician.  This case involved allegations of wrongful death and a survival action as a result of the lack of monitoring of Coumadin and a drug reaction.

After an intense two week trial, the jury returned an 11 - 1 defense verdict in favor of the physician finding there was no breach of the standard of care.
