Justin T. Mannino recently spoke at the LSU Law Center’s Estate Planning Seminar regarding "Conflicts of Law" as it relates to the estate planning and administration practitioner. The talk was made before more than 200 participants at this annual CLE on October 9, 2015.
Mannino’s presentation discussed and analyzed several of the complex legal issues that may arise in dealing with the dynamic movement of people and assets from state to state and country to country, with a special emphasis on the effects for the estate planning and administration practitioner.
Mannino practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, taxation, real estate transactions, and bankruptcy. He helps individuals in developing comprehensive estate plans to execute their wishes as to the distribution of their property and to reduce potential tax liability.
