Edward E. Rundell and Heather M. Mathews recently won an appeal on the issue of UM rejection in Louisiana’s Second Circuit Court. The ruling follows their recent victory in a similar case before the Third Circuit, creating a body of defense-favorable jurisprudence on the issue of UM coverage.
