The Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the leading nonprofit serving corporate renewal and restructuring professionals, has announced winners of the 2019 Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. The case of Acadiana Management Group, LLC (AMG) and affiliates, in which the firm served as Debtors’ counsel, received the Mid-Size Company Turnaround of the Year Award.
The award will be presented on September 26, 2019, at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, in Cleveland, Ohio, during the 31st TMA Annual Conference. The team involved in the case is one of only twelve winning teams, listed here.
Bradley L. Drell leads the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, with Heather M. Mathews and Chelsea M. Tanner playing major roles in the firm’s representation of AMG and bringing these Chapter 11 cases to a successful conclusion.
