Bradley L. Drell successfully represented the sole hospital in Iberville Parish, Louisiana during a hearing today wherein the State of Louisiana and Iberville Parish were attempting to force the hospital into involuntary Chapter 11 proceedings.

The situation regarding the hospital has received a great deal of media attention.
