During the meeting of the AFCO ESOP Committee on February 25, 2009, Gregory B. Upton was elected to serve on the 2009 Board of Directors for AFCO Industries, Inc.
This is Mr. Upton's second term as a member of the Board of Directors having also served on the 2008 Board of Directors.
